How do I choose the right size?
Measure your dog's chest at the widest point, just behind the front legs,
while they're standing. Match that number to our size chart — chest
measurement matters more than weight. If your dog falls between two sizes,
go with the larger one; every strap adjusts down. Still unsure? Email us
their breed and chest measurement and we'll recommend a size.
Will this stop my dog from pulling?
It reduces pulling for most dogs, often noticeably on the first walk. The
front clip redirects a pull sideways instead of letting your dog push
forward against pressure. That said, a harness redirects — it doesn't
replace training. Give it a week of walks before you judge.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery then takes 6–12
business days depending on where you are. You'll get a tracking link by
email as soon as your parcel ships.
What if it doesn't fit?
Email us within 60 days and we'll arrange an exchange or return. Fitting
a harness online is guesswork until it arrives — we'd rather you get the
right size than keep the wrong one. Return shipping is covered by the
customer.
How do I clean it?
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, then air dry. Skip the tumble dryer —
high heat shortens the life of the padding and webbing.
Can I use it with any leash?
Yes. The front and rear D-rings fit standard clips. For the least pulling,
attach at the front chest ring. A shorter leash (4–5 ft) gives you more
control than a long or retractable one.

or cancel it. Once dispatched we can't make changes, but you can still
return it within 60 days.
