How do I choose the right size?
Measure your pet's chest at the widest point, just behind the front legs, while they're standing. Match that number to our size chart — chest measurement matters more than weight or breed. Between two sizes? Go with the larger one; the straps adjust down. Still unsure, email us your pet's breed and chest measurement and we'll pick for you.
Will my dog actually keep it on?
Most do. The costume slips over the head and buckles underneath, so nothing wraps around their legs and their back half stays completely free to walk and sit. Everything is soft plush — no stiff plastic pressing on them. Let them wear it around the house for a few minutes before the big night so it's not a surprise.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery then takes 6–12
business days depending on where you are. You'll get a tracking link by
email as soon as your parcel ships.
What if it doesn't fit?
Email us within 60 days and we'll arrange an exchange or return. Fitting
a harness online is guesswork until it arrives — we'd rather you get the
right size than keep the wrong one. Return shipping is covered by the

How do I clean it?
Hand wash in cold water and lay flat to air dry. Don't machine wash or tumble dry — the stuffed arms and wig won't survive it. Spot cleaning handles most of what a night out throws at it.
Is it safe for my pet?
The props are soft plush with no hard or sharp parts, and there's nothing small enough to come loose and be swallowed. That said, this is a costume, not a harness — never attach a leash to it, and don't leave your pet in it unsupervised.
Can I change or cancel my order?

or cancel it. Once dispatched we can't make changes, but you can still
return it within 60 days.
